Tintes Orient S.A. is a modern company with fully automated and computerised industrial processes.

We are also on the Internet, so clients can personally monitor the progress of their orders through the manufacturing process. They can check on expected completion and delivery dates, as well as on the material they have in stock.

This family business has been in constant development and renovation since it was founded in 1930, reflecting decades of experience passed down from generation to generation.

Available Technologies: Continuous and batchwise processing.

Bleaching: White on all kinds of knitted and woven fabrics for the industrial, health, home and apparel markets. We offer soft, antibacterial and anti-pilling finishes.

Dyeing: With colours Indanthren ( resistant to chlorine, washing at 80 慢, light, swiping) reactive colorants and solids directs go mainly for the army, navy, state police and EEC police market segments; the others are used for sportswear and lingerie.

Chemical and Mechanical Finishes: Scouring, washes, defatting, fibre softening, fire resistance treatment ? as exclusive or complementary operations for other finishes: sueding, raising, compacting, stentering, calendering.

In the summer of 2000, our family created the Laminats Orient, S.L. company, expanding its technologies in Rolled materials: Resin finishing, induction rolling ( PVC, PU, ...) on knitted and woven fabrics.

Now we can also offer complementary treatments to the bleaching and dyeing processes for fabrics requiring resin finishing or rolling. Operations take place within the same organisation, with co-ordination of activities under the control and responsibility of the company hired to fill the order.

LAMINATS ORIENT S.L. has invested dedication and effort in order to offer its clients the most rigorous quality control. Is for that reason that, since the 1st of December, 2003, it has been certified with 焗O - TEX STANDARD 100 label, tested for harmful substances.
